- Pool Operations – need for lifeguards
- Associate Pool Membership (non-resident) – $300/family
- Pool Parking Lot – In need of repair and re-lining
- Pool Fence – Required height & esthetics
- Swim Team – assess interest in restarting a team – a chairperson is needed
