  • ​Introduction of Trustees – our board has 3 new trustees
  • ​Treasurer Report, Annual 2023 Expenses and 2024 Budget (see reverse side) 
  • Financial Status – Mr. Dave Pruett
  • Pool Status- Ms. Julie Licavoli & Mr. David Pruett
    • Pool Operations – need for lifeguards
    • Associate Pool Membership (non-resident) – $300/family
    • Pool Parking Lot – In need of repair and re-lining
    • Pool Fence – Required height & esthetics
    • Swim Team – assess interest in restarting a team – a chairperson is needed
  • Common Ground – Mr. Dave Pruett
    • Common Ground Tree Issues
    • Turf Mowing & Tree Trimming Contracts
  • Tree Replanting – common ground & side streets

  • Fences & Structures – Trustee approval needed
  • Solar Panels – not covered in indentures. Trustee approval is not required but informing the Trustees is appreciated.
